Exercise Tips, Diet, and Workout Plan


Hey guys so I’m on a low carb diet. Check out Atkins food since they are low in carbs. I am allowed to eat any type of meat but I need to stay away from pastas, sweets, rice, etc. Diet: Breakfast: eggs with bacon, water Snacks: Atkins peanut butter cup, yogurt, peanuts, cheese Lunch: Whole wheat turkey sandwhich with 100 calorie pack cheese puffs, water Snacks Dinner: Any meat with veggies, water Try not to eat after 9 pm, you should stop eating three hours before you go to sleep. Exercise: Legs with core Legs: 3 circuits(nonstop exercise) squats, lunges, deadlift reverse fly, calve raises. Rest between each cycle. First cycle I did ten of each, second I did 15 of each, then last do how ever many you want. Core: 4 circuits: bicycles, leg lift, crunches. 10 of each.
